What if the developer doesn't work out?
We replace them within 48 hours at zero cost during the first 14 days. After that, we offer a 1-week transition period with a replacement developer onboarded in parallel. We absorb the risk - you never pay for a developer who doesn't meet your standards.
What timezone do your developers work in?
Your timezone. We guarantee a minimum 4-hour daily overlap with US EST/PST or EU CET hours. Many of our developers work fully shifted schedules to match US business hours. You set the standup time - they show up.
How do you ensure code quality?
Every developer is vetted through a live coding assessment reviewed by our technical team. They follow your code review process, your CI/CD pipeline, your testing requirements. We don't impose our workflow - we adapt to yours. If code quality slips, we address it within 24 hours or replace the developer.
What's the minimum engagement?
For flex engagements: 20 hours/week, 1-month minimum. For dedicated developers: 3-month minimum (with a 14-day out clause if quality doesn't meet standards). For engineering teams: 3-month minimum with quarterly renewal. No long-term lock-ins.
Who owns the IP?
You do. 100%. All engagements are under US contracts through GreenTec LLC (Miami, FL) with explicit work-for-hire and IP assignment clauses. Everything your developer creates belongs to you from day one.
How is Arcora different from Toptal, Turing, or Andela?
Those are marketplaces. They match you with freelancers from a database. Arcora is different.
